Program Studi Ilmu Gizi Universitas Esa Unggul (Prodi Ilmu Gizi UEU) melaksanakan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi yang disusun berdasarkan kurikulum yang disepakati secara nasional antara Asosiasi Institusi Penyelenggara Pendidikan Gizi (AIPGI) dengan Organisasi Profesi Gizi (PERSAGI) yang didasarkan pada Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI) Profesi Gizi Peraturan Presiden Nomor 8 Tahun 2012. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran Prodi Ilmu Gizi UEU dirancang berdasarkan relevansinya dengan tujuan, cakupan dan kedalaman materi, pengorganisasian yang mendorong terbentuknya hard skills dan keterampilan kepribadian dan perilaku (soft skills) yang dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai situasi dan kondisi.
